Cranachan

I have been served this dish more than once, in Scottish restaurants, under the name 'Atholl brose'.

According to Wikipedia, Atholl brose is a drink made with whisky, honey, cream (optionally) and porridge that has been soaked in boiling water but not cooked (brose). But it adds that the name "has also become an alternative name for the dessert Cranachan, which uses similar ingredients."

"Atholl brose" should have been allowed as an alternative answer to this question.
